How long will my order take to deliver?

In the UAE, we offer same-day delivery for some items and 2 to 3 working days for others. In other GCC countries, it takes 8 to 12 working days if eligible for air freight shipping. Please contact us for more information.

I have changed my mind after purchasing. Can I return or exchange my items?

In the UAE, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase if it is still sealed in its original packaging. In other GCC countries, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase if it has a defect or damage covered under warranty.

What payment method can I use?

In the UAE, you can pay via cash on delivery, online in advance using an online card, or through installments with Tabby. In other GCC countries, you can pay online in advance using an online card or via bank transfer.
